How should I prepare for my photos?

Interior -De-clutter (toys, shoes, etc) -De-personalize (hide any family photos you don’t wish to be seen, as well as any potentially offensive art) -Remove seasonal/holiday decorations -Make all beds -Clean the kitchen sink and put away all dishes -Clear all kitchen countertops -Clear all bathroom countertops -Put all toilet seats and lids down -Remove cleaning products from the shower -Hide pet bowls and toys -Replace burned out light bulbs Exterior -Mow lawn and rake leaves -Put away all outdoor tools and toys (hoses, bikes, etc) -In the winter, shovel snow from walkways, driveways, patios, and decks -Uncover grills -Remove seasonal/holiday decorations You may download this list at the bottom of the page and send it to your clients

How do 3D tours work?

- We will scan your property with a Matterport Pro 3D camera - You are not required to be on site during the scan. The scan may take a few hours depending on the size of the property and services needed. You can give us the lockbox or entry codes for self-entry. - Prepare the house as if it were a live showing - We will host the tour online for 1 year. Tours can be renewed for an additional year for $45.

Why are there 2 links for my 3D Tour?

We send you a branded link as well as an unbranded link. The branded link displays all of your contact information. The unbranded link displays only the listing address and is MLS-friendly.

How are products delivered?

All products will be sent via email links.

Do I need to create a login to see my products?

No. Anyone with the link is able to view your products. If you are having difficulty viewing links, please try a different browser. If you create a Client Portal login using the button at the top of the page, you can view all of your previous projects, outstanding invoices, and schedule new appointments.

How do I download my files?

- You can download photos by clicking on the download button at the top of your photo gallery. You can also select individual photos for download. - 3D Tours do not need to be downloaded. Just share or embed the links directly.

How do I upload my 3D Tour to the MLS?

On the MLS, go to Edit your listing, scroll down to Select Form, select Manage Virtual Tours, and paste your link under Virtual Tour 3D.

How do I pay?

- You will receive an email with a link to your invoice, which is payable directly online via credit card. - If you prefer to send a check, please address it to: CLE3D 14701 Detroit Avenue Suite 400 Lakewood, Ohio 44107

Can I cancel my appointment?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice. Please note that same-day cancellations/reschedules incur a fee of $25.
